Children
Our wedding is an Adults Only event with only the children of immediate family being invited. We appreciate that you respect our wishes and do not ask for your children to attend the reception. If this is problematic for you, we will have trusted babysitters available at the Copthorne from 6.30 - 12am if required.
If you require this service you must notify Tracey in your RSVP.
Teenagers may come if they are included on the formal invite.

Transport on the Day
There is plenty of parking at the Copthorne though we would encourage people to be mindful of drinking and driving. There will be a free shuttle to all accommodation within Omapere and Opononi from 10pm onwards on the day of the wedding.
Dietary requirements
If you have specific dietary requirements can you please notify Tracey in your RSVP. The reception meal is ala carte (a catered menu rather than buffet).
